Had huge and exceptionally comfortable room with washing machine to myself. The location was ideal and nice as I wanted really close to Rialto Bridge and water bus stops. Also, it was based easy to get to from the vaporetto stop s.
Tbh, the room was narrow.

the property was just a short walk from the pier, where our host met us and accompanied us to the apartment. the beds were comfortable, and we had a peaceful and quiet sleep. the shower provided plenty of hot water, and clean sheets and towels were provided for each guest. the apartment was well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and cooker, which was very convenient for our family. the hostess gave us valuable tips on what to see and do in the city, and we received a helpful map of the area. Within walking distance, there were supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants, making it easy to find everything we needed. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 🙌.

The location was seriously amazing - we were able to easily visit both the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Plus, there were so many cool restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself was super cozy and had everything we needed. The best part? We didn't have to worry about lugging our laundry around because there was a washing machine! It was the perfect base for our teenage adventure.
If I had to choose one thing, it would be that we wished there was a lively bar or club right next door to the apartment. We love to party and have a good time, and while there were plenty of cool places to hang out, we had to venture a bit further to find the real party scene.

The location of the apartment was mind-blowing with a co-op shop nearby and fabulous restaurants and gelati just a stone's throw away. The cleanliness of the property was jaw-dropping and the beds were really comfy. Everything we needed was supplied in the fully equipped kitchen. We loved hearing the shouts and sounds of the Venetian children from the nearby school. The apartment was conveniently located close to the San Stae bus stop and had great facilities such as a cooker, washing machine, and flat-screen TV. Laura, our host, was super helpful and met us at the Vaporetta bus stop, providing us with local recommendations and information. The communication throughout our stay was excellent, even when there were unexpected travel delays. The location felt very safe for late-night walks and the nearby vaporetto stop gave us access to everywhere. The air conditioning was a game-changer in the July heat. We couldn't have asked for a smoother check-in and check-out experience. The property also offered additional amenities such as wi-fi, electric kettle, and cots for families with children. The option for babysitting and pet-friendly policies were also available. The 24-hour reception was a convenient feature. our stay at this apartment was fantastic and exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, with plenty of hot water and effective heating. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in Venice. The staff, especially Francesca, were very helpful and made our arrival and stay hassle-free.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
